While Pastor David Rim was born in Korea, he grew up in the Baltimore, Maryland area. He went to Carnegie Mellon University to study computer science but ended up in seminary (Dallas Theological Seminary) after God called him to the ministry. He has served in a number of churches around the country and taught for many years at Moody Bible Institute before joining the English Ministries at CCCGW. He prays and hopes that this ministry here will be his last stop. Pastor David is joined by his wife, Maria (school social worker/counselor) and their twin daughters, Rachel and Katie. During his off hours he enjoys reading novels his daughters recommend, running in the woods, playing tennis, and talking theology over a hot cup of coffee.
